- I am currently employed at Kroger's
in Flower Mound, Texas.
- I have worked here for 7years (and going)
- Currently I am a customer service representative at my store.
- If you come by, you will most likely find me behind the Customer Service
desk, (hopefully) smiling and ready to help you. You also might find
me in a checkstand or manning the Uscan Express registers, or simply walking
the aisles helping out customers.
- I also unofficially maintain the registers and other electronic equipment
in the store.
- I am the backup payroll clerk, staying late into Saturday mornings to
make sure everyone gets paid properly.
- I consistently receive recognition for excellent customer service, and
thus get to wear the white "Key Associate" shirt. So far I have made
Key associate every year for the last 2 years that the program has been
in existence.
