Does the Hornet broadcast voice messages like the Whelen Vortex and 3016?

I noticed in a few of the pictures on the Victory siren's website that the primary horns had an extention piece. Was this accessory designed to increase the siren's output range?

If you could invent a siren with a name that you felt would make it standout from all of the other sirens, what would you name it?

For me, I would say a name such as Jacuzzi would really standout. (How would a jacuzzi warn the public of incoming danger? )

In terms of weird, mine would have to be the Federal 500 and 500T. In terms of scary, It would have to be either the T-135 or Tunderbolt 1000T and 1003.
