The P-15s are part of the penetrator series, aren't they? They can't be speakers. They look like electromechanical sirens.

A question about a large horn picture from the old forum.

Who posted that 30 ft long horn on top of this one building in the old forum? It looked like a giant yellow musical horn. Was it a really odd looking siren or just a decoration?

I believe that they are Model D sirens, because the Model A has a straight, conical intake horn and a smaller rotor. This three-siren arrangement was sold for use in very small towns.
