St. Petersburg had a system of 9 or 10 Thunderbolts. One was on top of the post office on 1st Ave. N. and another was at fire station 9. The last time the sirens were used was in 1985 for Hurricane Elena.
So apparently the T-Bolt was located on a building that was demolished on the western edge of what is now Great American Ballpark according to the poster.
I don’t think London had a hurricane, There is an article from the 1974 that states “A Supercharged siren was installed in Madison County.” Me and cam thought it was London, but I found that’s when the West Jefferson 1003 was installed.
