I don't know much about Sterlings, but: A) They seem to last forever B) I think that there is a noticeable size difference (the M-5 is shorter...?) C) The average horizontal sterlings came in 8/8 (rare), 8/16 and 16/16. D) They had the Y-10, a siren with a brake in it. I think Ian or Jeb owns an 8/1...
