Holler-- very useful link -- thanks. I have been working with a Lenze person who knows what im doing with the drive. He knows that keeping the motor 'happy' is very important. Imwill post furter results as i find them. Thanks , again, man

<im getting sheet metal repair lessons>. Also noticed that some of my horns are ribbbed rather than smoothly round. This would indicate that two different manufacturing methods were used. I would think that the ribbed cones may be the older of the two types i have. Any ideas?
