Are the rotors of newer 2001-130s now made of plastic like window air conditioners?

Why put sirens in rural areas? I think it might not be worth the $ or effort; unless its populated

Pardon the "bump" but I just found a few SRNBs (with large FS symbol) got replaced by 130s

Did this replace a Thunderbeam?
