I think the first alarm IS a Simplex 4050; I recall seeing a Simplex control panel. But, it had the projector of the Vibratone 350. And, the second alarm had SIMPLEX written in black letters on it. Okay, there are two alarms I would like to inquire about. The first one is red, with a square horn projection attachment, no strobe. It just does a continuous buzz that is low pitched. Sirens in Iowa

I noticed in Iowa a lot of towns had 2t22s and T-Bolt 1003s, plus model 5s. Didn't see anything else. anyone know of any systems out there that aren't Federal?

I saw the TU siren on YouTube, and it was either an OA4 or a WPS-2904. Very loud, low toned siren.

Yeah, I remember the CTI's in Okmulgee. They are StormMaster Omni's and are like 108-112 dB at 100' or something like that. I think their range is about 1/2 mile in radius. Those sirens are a pretty rare find.

Just found literature on the 2910, says that it has ten 400 watt speaker drivers, so it has more than 2 times power than a 3016. Dang!
