Very very cool siren. Never seen one like that before. My guess would be is that this siren was manufactured by the same company that made the "Carter" style sirens used in England during WW2 and throughout the Cold War. My guess would be is that it is a very rare siren. I don't think so,...

Perhaps you could paint it in a nice gloss olive paint. It would probably suit it, since it's already green.

Try get an MS-290 12v DC siren instead, then you will not have to worry about and household mains plug sockets.
