Ok heres my take: I agreed what 4J25 said, as what Spencer said Chattanooga has decommissioned their system. After a deadly EF5 tornado in 2021 so it takes place in the future which means it might of remade the sirens. So i will be in jacob585 side.

Welcome to oregon. the home of the one and only 4 headed Hornet siren. nah. its just a weird whackjob which replaced the horns of a wps 2000? with hornet horns. we also have 2 rotatorless 3000 series on a plywood board on a pole. there are a lot of weird sirens here.
