As far as I know, it was Hörmann originally. Of course, manufacturers who followed suit had to make their tones slightly different to avoid any copyright issues.
I think SiRcoms sound a bit different but Pavians, I can’t really tell the difference

Who originally engineered the tones used on Telegrafia, Hörmann, and SiRcom Sirens?

Just a quick one: If you've listened to videos of these three sirens, you'd notice they all look and sound the same. Who's idea Was it originally, or are they all part of an alliance?
