Milbank | Thunderbolt 1003 | Steady HI|Lo Signal

https://youtu.be/3wBwz9bLT9w Updated New Format This Federal Signal Thunderbolt 1003 was tested at 6:33 PM tonight 5/5/19, I thought it would do alert like most towns do but to my surprise, it did HIGH|LOW or rather Hi|Alert as the bottom solenoid was inoperative. It ran for a minute then shut down,...

2001SRNDC Noon Whistle

Here is Lake Norden's Federal Signal 2001 SRNDC siren doing a daily noon whistle, it does rotate but the time clock is wired in the chopper motor only so it engages and not the rotator mechanism https://youtu.be/oNDv3h8_hdM : Fire Calls: Fast Wail Odd ball siren tests: Fast Wail Tornado Signal: Alert

A lot of work

Well I watched other owners of Thunderbolts say they "put in a lot of work" I'm now not doubting this anymore, the siren would appear to be 480/208-240VAC which I think means 480VAC is needed to run her, she didn't come with controls as we searched the fire station high and low ...<no pun ...
