I'm not to smart about this kind of siren but what I figured is that if you were to look over on the bottom left corner there is a little air compressor nut, so essentially it ran from a tube probably connected to a timer or manual button and to a air compressor. Thanks for helping out I have been wondering what it is since no South Dakota siren map has that as a actual siren model just usually says unknown.

It does look like something is dual headed. What building is this siren located at? We could probably do a quick search for pictures of the building.

Ok there has to be someone from South Dakota on this board that knows of the unknown Labolt, SD siren.
Google street view is a pain since they never went back there so I'm just gonna show a picture and if someone can actually say what it is that would be awesome.
