There's a WePlan v2, currently under closed access to only siren companies and customers. It was completely overhauled with a new GUI and more features. No guarantees it will become available to the greater public.

Oh that's an interesting question, here in Australia we run 3 phase as 480v and 240v as 1 phase, so this is something I'm intrigued by. In theory, I'd guess that it could still run anywhere from 208-480v on 3 phase.? No expert though, probably wrong.
