I wonder where the other Super Quad sirens are at! But I'm pretty sure some got removed or replaced due to reasons.
This is a little late, but there were known installs in Katonah NY, Bad Axe MI, Cameron MO, and an unknown town in Lake County, FL.

Re: Old Siren Mount?

He joined before many of us were even born, I think he gets a pass... Wasn't sure much would come from this thread, glad to hear it's still around. I wouldn't skip out on a reminder for anyone. Proper Sterling information has been a long time coming, and the more widespread correct information is, ...

Re: Old Siren Mount?

Quick reminder and absolutely being pedantic, but "M-5" isn't a name Sterling ever used, they're just Model Ms. He joined before many of us were even born, I think he gets a pass... Wasn't sure much would come from this thread, glad to hear it's still around. I wouldn't skip out on a remi...

Re: Greenville I-30 Hurricane is gone.

I actually tried to squeeze out some information on it, and went so far as to call the Demolition company that destroyed the dealership. I was told that someone would contact the supervisor for that job but I never got anything back. Me and my friend suspect it was actually taken by the company who ...

Most of whats left is just work on the motor, which should hopefully me and my friend, who is an electric motor...

My "new" Sterling Type "F" Factory Siren

Here's my latest addition to my growing collection of Sterling Siren memorabilia. Snagged this on ebay for a decent $126, since I was able to get at an auction before any bids were made and put an offer in. As far as I can tell, this thing is absolutely roached, and I'm not brave enough to apply pow...
