So I looked up both addresses from the pictures on google maps and looked through street view to find that the timeline didn't show those sirens throughout all views. Not to mention that those two were not even 2 miles away from each other. So just to ask, when do you think those got removed?

Found it. There is no street view for this on google maps or earth but it is at the fire hall. The address for this siren is 102 1 Ave E, Alliance, AB T0B 0A0, Canada. And for everyone trying to find this, your welcome
