Apparently the Bewick Centre in Newcastle also had a Gents atop it from when the building was known as the Coatsworth Cinema. This information was brought to you through the same person that informed me of the previous Newcastle cinema siren location.

BIG FIND! I found an Air Raid Siren (not sure of its make) in Scalloway! https://www.google.com/maps/@60.138488,-1.2763226,3a,24.6y,64.49h,109.18t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sgpNuvmQ4VW9XX3BM_NGLkw!2e0!7i13312!8i6656?entry=ttu There's a small siren beside it, a Carter or Klaxon of some kind too! Nice find!
After months of silence, it’s great to see more progress on this restoration! There’s something really nice about the shape of siren rotors and choppers, and these ones are no exceptions! It’s also nice to see the information plate in such good condition
You can see further down in the image that there is another shape that perfectly lined up with the little guy, it’s probably an over-exposed pole of some description.
Hello, Here are some recent siren photos I took, more information on the sirens can be found in the UK Siren Map thread. Enjoy!
