It aint it. Levi found it on street view and took a screenshot, and it looks like an alarmes tucano horn. take a look:

Hello again! Well... I wanted to show y'all something very nice. There's a newly refurbished Gents Tangent 4HP siren on Taiping F.D [Bomba Taiping] on Malaysia, dated from what I guess 1936. Hello again ppl. I've seen a strange thing up on the Estrada de Ferro Sorocabana's Railway Workshops, on Sorocaba, São Paulo, Brazil.
