Pro tip... use the measuring tool to draw circles! Google Earth Pro's drawing tools do not include an easy way to draw accurate circles. If it's a motor, 3450 RPM or above would do the trick. Make there be very little space between the rotor and stator, close enough where it almost touches, but far enough to where it wont scrape.

To me, it almost looks like a Model Q without its chrome bits and motor cover. I could be wrong. That's what it is. A Q2B without a chrome cover and without a motor. Of all things, why a Model Q2B?
