Re: Is it possible?

It's been done numerous times. There's an STH-10 mounted upside down, a pair of first gen Federal Type Mach. Bs, a Sireno vertical, and a few others come to mind. https://media.discordapp.net/attachments/1157756572068483252/1232143534870626354/unknown.png?ex=663245d6&is=6630f456&hm=a12022fc...

Is it possible?

Just had a thought, would it be possible to mount a siren upside down? Like maybe under an overpass or something? It might be possible with really strong bolts, and a generally light siren, but what about a larger one, something like an STH-10 or Model 5, something like that. It's a wild idea, but I...

Eden, WI STH-10?

I was in the small village of Eden, WI recently, and when I saw one of the STH-10s, I was shocked to find out that it had been replaced with Eclipse 8! The siren that I saw was the one located near Eden Cafe. I am unsure about the one at the fire station though. If anyone happens to see if the one a...

Re: Pennsylvania siren mystery

I'm pretty sure that old post said something about Decot. I'm not sure, as I can't find the post.

Siren Mishap

Yet again, reporting another mishap from the FDL siren system. For the most part, today's test went smoothly, with the sirens sounding their usual three minutes. Before the test concluded, another T128 (Most likely the same one from my last post) seemed to have a sort of fail, as it started winding ...

Re: Fond du Lac T128

Update: The siren has been shut off successfully and I'm guessing it will need some matinence.

Fond du Lac T128

ASC T128 is stuck in the on position in Fond du Lac! The T128 is most likely located at an elementary school, which I forgot the name of. The siren has been on for 20 minutes too long at 12:23 pm, CDT. Fond du Lac City Electric is working on the problem. Edit on further information: Scanner has said...

Here's something interesting I came across fairly recently, an old sterling in Conway, Arkansas. The siren is long gone.

Is that a Decot behind the Sterling?

Re: Probably not a siren, but just checking

Does not look like a siren to me. it does look like you could fit a siren in it, though.
