Did the first test today. That 25A is indeed what it's pulling at full speed. In fact, it maxed out my 30A Fluke when started it up. I'm glad I built my little controller so beefy.... Ye olde Type 2. Late 40s-early 50s would be correct, 4 brush model. Hope they are in good condition, siren looks clean overall.
