This is a Canadian CLM Siren Rotating about 2 times. Its the same siren that was on the Ogilvie Flour Mill in Winnipeg that came down in 2005 with the siren. It was one of the last connected CLM sirens in Canada (i don't know why they didn't sound it, might of been broken) I recently got this video ...
This is a video of the Ogilvie Flour Mill in Winnipeg that came down in 2005. The CLM siren on top can be seen from 0:44 - 0:47 in the upper right corner of the building spinning as it falls.
This is my second German siren fron Germany. I finally got a chance to hook it up, again its 220V but im running it on 110V. No, i dont think they had any idea. They told me this:
there about 4-5 years old
There tested once a year, mechanically and with sound every two years
And they have no control over the sirens at all

A couple weeks ago i went down to Pickering Ontario (well passing by) and i knew they had a system of ATIs for there Nuclear Plant and i wanted to see them. It wasn't that hard spotting some.
