Sounds like it is a true chopper level 6.

They were all wet. Even the one I have that was rewired was wet. Although mine only has condensation wetness. My RCM came in a weatherproof cabinet. Not like the normal cabinets they come in.

Last I checked there was only 1 more RCM. That one needs to be rewired.

Then last but not least I passed these as I was driving home from Omaha, I've already called the person who owns the lot in which they are in. His company is in somesort of legal lawsuit and these are going to be scrapped. I believe these were off of Omaha's old system. http://i642.photobucket.com/...

We use ACE School Bus Yellow, back when I was younger my dad and I used that kind of spray paint to restore part of my traffic signal collection.
