Kalamazoo county will test tomorrow (Sat.) @ 1300hrs. They always test at 1300hrs. the first Saturday of the month, all year long.

AR Timer question

The jumper wire worked. Saturday was siren test day in Kalamazoo county and it worked flawlessly. Thanks for the help.

AR Timer question

I'll give the jumper a shot, Thanks. The test button is working properly and the others are running the 3 minute cycle, it's just the siren is not running unless you hold the buttons down. Thanks for the information.

AR Timer question

Are all three cams suppose to turn when the timer is operated? I can hold down one of the function buttons, the siren starts, the cams turn, but as soon as I let off the button, the siren stops and the cams run their normal time limit. Operator error??? or something else?

Disregard!!! I got it working. I got to thinking about what you said and looking at the contactor and the light bulb (and the siren) came on. Thanks for the help.

AR Timer voltage

I understand that the AR is the switch, so is the motor contactor sending power back to it? It order for a switch to work, it has to interupt the power. Sorry if I'm missing something here. What I'm attempting to do is add the old mechanical timer (pull the hook) into the circuit. Thanks
