In some parts, I heard the raspy undertone that 2001's have, so I believe that it's a 2001.

There is nothing online of the Chowan county EMA, but I found a list of schools around there, and it is most likely in the town of Edenton. I have no idea where it is, but I'll do some google mapping to figure out which school it is located at.
