I happen to know where one was in Wilmore PA. Do you know why they gave it such a funky housing? Had one, also I heard it personally. I'm not sure, but maybe to boost the sound or so...

That is a Sterling K-5, I took that photo.
It also sounds like a 16-port sterling too.

Hello everyone , I just recently purchased a fire hall that was no longer in service. This siren came with the property and I am looking for any information you guys might have. I have gotten a few phone calls from other fire companies looking to purchase the siren but I have no idea what its value...

Hey I remember seeing that siren back in 1999 when I was going to Penn's Cave, but also Pleasant Gap used to have a Model 5 on their old station.
