There's a big discrepancy between poor and clear sounding audio. I'd assume that the former video from YouTube used a very low quality microphone, and the latter used a very high quality microphone.
But hey, that's just me.

There was a brief glimpse of a Code 3 beacon light in the movie Revenge of the Pink Panther. When it shows the cop car up close, and the chase is culminating, look closely. You will see Code 3 printed on the beacon light.

I would probably say no. In the case of a tornado or hurricane, it probably would turn in the wind (if it was on) and rip from its base.

Well, sirens sampled in music for instance are real sounds (not electronic tones).
