I believe in Britain they use the "pulsed" code for a "Gray Warning" which is related to an air attack.
Grey was for fallout while Black was for direct attack?

I've been able to track down some T-128's based on Brent Wilcox's images (Is he still around???!!), but I lost the placemarks to them. If I find them again, Ill post their GPS co-ords.
