Daniel, if you listen closely, it's dual tone, an Octave apart, just like the M5.

I believe it's an old Sterling. It sounds like an M5, however it's vertically mounted and designed slightly differently. The video didn't get close enough to be sure, but I saw one of these somewhere a number of years ago. It definitely has that Sterling "octave" going on (dual tone/ octav...

Wow... the old Federal Ten-Ten. When I started in the fire service in 1976, that's what we used for both home alerting and siren control! Thanks for the blast from the past.

Maple Shade, NJ had some unknown brand electronic siren that dates back at least to the late 60's behind their police station. I used to be a member of RACES and saw the rack for it in the CD center in the basement. Looked home-brewed. I never heard it activate in all the years I was in NJ. Blessed ...

Very nice, Henry! Could it be that Sireno has the widening ports to avoid infringing on Federal Signal's design? Just a guess... That is the first time I ever saw such a design.
