No it doesn't, that siren runs fine.

If it's like a 3t22 then it's an easy fix. Unwire the solenoids and wire the dampers open with a piece of heavy wire.

Soundmasters also had a lot of bearing problems.

As someone who has been working in the siren business in the southeast for many years, I can honestly say this is equal to the fall of the Roman empire. McCord had a huge presence down here.
