Federal 2001-130 ANSI testing ???????

In 2009 I bid on the siren upgrade in Hamilton County Ohio and part of those bids were to supply independent testing data for your siren according to ANSI standards. Blower inside

Hamilton County has 15 or 20 of the blowers on the inside. Most of the city fire houses are that way.

2001

With the bid that was turned in each company had to supply an independent test report with the siren they were bidding. Federal tests there siren in a chamber with a microphone hanging 10 feet away and then they extrapilate the information to get the db rating. This is against ANSI Standards of test...

The sirens that were at the shop during the get together have been installed. We loaded them on the trailer and the crane set them.
