Would you mind doing a video demonstration of one rotor removal and one rotor reattachment? It would really help me out since I am going to have to do this at a shipping terminal where time is short.

Thanks!

Rotor Removal

Anyone have a video demonstrating how to pull the rotor off a 2T22? I bought a bolt puller set but I don't know to use it. I asked a guy how over AIM but it would be nice to see it done so i can fully understand the process.

thanks!

Motor "tune-up"

Say I bought a 2T22B, what would it cost to have the motor tuned up? For instance, new brushes, bearings, etc. Is it possible to replace the commutator? What would the cost for that be? Thanks!

Maybe its just my mac, but the 2t22 manual has 2 lines going across the pages in Adobe Acrobat PDF reader. Anyone know how to get rid of them? Thanks.

The Tbolt 1000, 1000T, and 1003 are different models. Series A, B, C are revisions of them. 2001-130 is a revision of the 2001.

Gasoline powered Thunderbolt

What is this business? This ad says there was a gasoline thunderbolt made, and it has curved sheet metal instead of boxes. http://cgi.ebay.com/1953-Federal-Air-Raid-Siren-Truce-Consequences-Print-Ad_W0QQitemZ380041719782QQihZ025QQcategoryZ37835QQrdZ1QQssPageNameZWD1VQQcmdZViewItemQQ_trksidZp1638Q2em...

I think we should ALL e-mail Federal Signal with their link. It's one thing to make copies in China and sell them domestically. It's a whole different ballgame when they are sold in the US where the design is patented. I've already done so.

How do you pull the rotors off a 3T22? I have no idea how to disassemble the siren.

If i did find a single phase 3t22 motor, would it be an easy bolt off bolt on swap?
