It seems the T-128s and T-135s look the exact same. I went on the American Signal Website and viewed the PDF brochure for the T-135 and it looked very identical to the T-128 at Harrison Ave. and Filview Circle. I have a couple of questions here:

My first question is: Back in the 1990's, did they not activate the sirens just for a Severe Thunderstorm Warning?

My second question is: Why did they stop testing the sirens twice a month?

I went past there a couple of weeks a go on my way out to Monroe, and I didn't see it either. I was headed North, so I couldn't look all that well for it. But when I went past, there was construction going on and it could have been behind the construction stuff.
