This is the worst 3T22 I have heard.. I told the fire chief about the issue. Siren is a 3T22B. Appears the brushes are the actual cause of the issue.

Highest pitch T-128 I ever watched. I guess they rebuilt the siren motor, but with less windings than the amount required for normal rpm.
