I think square/rectangular ports produce a high sounder output, since there was a siren called the ACA Sentry 95, which had round ports, and therefore, led to its inefficient 95dB sound.
It could be, but the upper cone looks a lot like that of a 3T22, so it could be a Super Banshee, or a 3T22 with skirts instead of horns. I'm just going to assume a Super Banshee
So, I guess this has a custom tone module, and it has Whelen boxes, not Federal boxes. In addition, with the shape of the Whelen rotating sirens, such as this one and the modern ones, maybe these could be nicknamed "The Electronic Thunderbolt."
