Re: Tbolt Battery Backup Market

Well I did have my Idea that you would call insane. it would be to have a box with water i it and have a strong radio transmitter by it. radio waves create heat so it would turn the water into steam witch would spin a generator wheel creating backup power when activated . What kind of stuff are you...

Re: Siren parts

Hate to bump this but does anyone know where I can get brushes for a 3T22? I believe the motor is the Northwestern Electric version. The ones I have are completely worn out. Thanks! You could try and ask CDV777-1 here on TheSirenBoard. I remember back in 2009 he received a ton of NOS Federal Signal...

Re: Coming soon: Operating Fedelcode 5 with dampener in operation

It is actually pretty easy. When posting a reply there is a tab down below which says "Upload attachment". Just click that and you should be able to upload the photos of the siren.

That's awesome! Do you have any photos of the Fedelcode Model 5 and controller?

Re: New guy first post

Welcome to The Siren Board! Sorry to say but unless you're able to find another Mobil Directo siren which you can get parts from, it's pretty much impossible to find a horn. And there are currently no known siren manuals for the Mobil Directo either.

Re: Ar and af timers

Not exactly sure on how you would do that. But I'll try and ask my friends and see if they have a solution. Also did you receive my PM that I sent to you?

Re: Ar and af timers

The AR and AF timers are basically the same thing, only difference is that the AF has a button for Hi-Lo or "Fire" as it's called. If you use the Hi-Lo button on a siren that isn't a 1003 or 3T22 it would sound off in a fast wail. I posted 2 photos down below of an AR and AF Timer.

Re: Hawaii air raid testing to begin Friday

To fix up the confusion in this post, let me explain. Maybe a Tbolt recording through the new I Force sirens? Doubt it but those I Force sirens are talented and should be interesting to hear what function is used. -metalstorm Few years back the I-Forces got an UltraVoice upgrade, so it will sound li...

RSH-10A Thunderbeam Salt Lake District Park

Hello guys. 2 days ago I got to film my first RSH-10 Thunderbeam located at Salt Lake District Park in Honolulu. On this testing day there was an accidental 2nd activation of the sirens for about 15 seconds before they were shut off again. Here is the video and I hope you enjoy!

Re: Post your Mystery Sirens here.

Not sure if this is even a siren or not, but this is at the Undine FC in Bellefonte, PA which already has an SD-10. It's mounted on the roof at the front of the station inside of a rusted containment of sorts. My best guess is that if it is a siren, it would've been the predecessor to the SD-10. ht...
