Yes. The problem with that particular xT22 is that the top intake is either blocked it if it is a 3T22 the top damper is closed or jammed shut. Basically you're only hearing the lower tone of the xT22 in that video.

Re: Thunderbolt 1000 @ Glencliff High School in Nashville, T

The Nashville Tbolts were all disconnected in the early 80s. There was one at Overton High School(my alma mater), along with others at Hillwood HS, Hillsboro HS, Dupont HS(now Dupont Hadley Middle), Cameron HS(now a middle) school, and several elementary schools. I believe the Glencliff and Hillsbo...

In my opinion, instead of being a coding mechanism/solenoid, it looks to be like something to control the sound/volume output of the siren, speaking that half of it is closed.

Nice pictures, POS siren. That should have been one of MY sirens going up there.. It's just sad when a siren made by a 15 year old (like me) is actually BETTER than something made by a company that seriously needs to rethink their siren controllers. a 1000hz Sine Wave "BEEP" just isn't goi...

Speaking of ATI's, they just installed a brand new one on Charlotte Pike, because 2 months ago it wasn't there, now it is.

And I never knew that Nashville considered ASC? They should have went through with ASC, because their so much better than ATI. Bad choice, Nashville.

soccerdude7330: http://www.caldwelles.mnps.org/site220.aspx This is the website for Caldwell Elementary School in Nashville. The Tbolt can be seen atop the building. Last time I was on that side of town the siren was still there. It can easily be seen from the interstate. School is at 401 Meridian ...
