Re: My Fire Alarms

I don't have any fire alarms, but I do have an old Honeywell 6160 LCD keypad which our alarm guy gave me a while back. It's the same model that my home security system uses, and it's pretty cool.

Re: Possible Whelen WS-2500s In Oak Ridge/Kingston TN

That's freaking epic. The design matches, the shape matches, I can't think of any other possibilities. Unless it's some sort of antenna radio thing, I think you may have yourself a few 2500s!!!

Would you please post the locations?

San Francisco

Does anyone know of any possible update with the ATIs? Last I check they were being upgraded and possibly replaced but no update has been made. Has SF just dropped the system as a whole, or are repairs still being done?

Re: Drew County debating need for emergency sirens

Also sounds like they haven’t been maintaining them very well. Listen to that T-121 in the report video! Sounds like Spartanburg. They keep their sirens active for the purpose of having a backup for their Reverse-911 thing, but they neglect to maintain their sirens. They give fire departments the o...

Re: Laredo, TX Ghost System

I asked the fire dept and they do not have a siren system. That poster lied for whatever weird reason they had. That's strange and a little weird. At least that clears it up for us. I wonder why the poster thought they could lie like that. Anyways, maybe one day, like Lubbock, they will come to the...

There's also a H.O.R Super Sirex somewhere in Mexico. There's a thread about it somewhere.

And it took this long? Dang. Finally they come to their senses
What sirens are they installing?
Federal Signal 2001-130s. All the sirens are said to be installed within 120 days so roughly 4 months.
Oh, they showed them in the video. It wasn't loading for me.
