Unless the sirens were installed and removed in the amount of time between the streetview, I can't think of any other options except for that this is made up information.

If it even is a siren, it's definitely horizontal. Whether it's Denver or not, I'd say it was a split between a Denver and a Sterling.

There is a siren at Lenoir Community College, but I can't make out what model it is. Feel free to take a look. According to the CT siren map, this siren is actually only on display. The other 10V2T is still active.
