the antennas on the traffic lights are there to receive signals from emergency vehicles. the driver has a remote that sends a signal to the light to make his light turn green so they dont have to wait. thats what they are for.

ACA Screamers

I heard a screamer that sounded just like the clip of the low tone model 7. What kind of screamer sounds like this? That 9 port 2 horse power screamer clip on the site is definately too high pitched and the wind up is way too fast to be what i heard.
