Lol Santa Monica is its own city so I figured theyd have their own system. Although the map of the LA system does show there was a m...

Santa Monica, Ca?

Does anyone know what kinds of sirens Santa Monica had? I know LA had it’s own system, Beverly Hills had Thunderbolts apparently, and Culver City had a few Mobil Directos and a gas powered Thunderbolt. However, I can’t seem to find anything on Santa Monica.

If anyone knows, let me know!

Re: Some active sirens in LA

There’s also an active model 5 on Catalina. Its just like the ones that used to be in the LA CD system.

Re: Whelen question,

I think the 3000 was made from the early 80s up until the mid 90s. The 2000 series was made in the mid-late 70s

What is the ugliest siren?

Topic is pretty self explanatory. I saw a mystery siren that was incredibly ugly. In fact it was so ugly that it inspired me to make this post. So I wanted to know what siren you guys think is ugly. Also I think the most aesthetically pleasing siren is the Thunderbolt 1003. I like the way they look ...
