The Federal Signal siren model heard in is video is a 2001-130, which was installed sometime last year. Most of us are aware of the known "sound pitch variation" issue with that particular model. This one, however, sounds like it could be experiencing another problem. Thoughts?

I think that's just the really strong winds affecting it.
I have an unhealthy obsession with mini sirens.

Good call. I never considered that, however, due to the power loss that typically occurs with an approaching tornado...it could be the backup battery doing it's thing.
