St.Louis Siren test video

Some of you may remember this from a few years back. One of our members (I believe his name was Matt) recorded this. He sent this to me a long time ago but i figured many of us have not seen it so i figured i would put it up on youtube.

Does a 15sec Alert, Voice saying "This is the Monthly Test of the Emergency Warning System for the City of St.Louis, This is Only a test. Repeat", then like a 1 min 30 sec alert, and then says that message again.
