My Federal Type B

Sat Sep 01, 2018 7:20 pm

I ran my Federal Type B up for the first time today. I got it back in the beginning of July from Northville, South Dakota. This was the first time it has ran since it was replaced 5 years ago in favor of battery backup. I have the housing for it, but it needs straightened out and new fastening hardware since some of the bolts had to be cut to remove the housing. There was a pretty big bird nest on top of the motor and it still needs cleaned up some, but she still runs like a champ.

Awesome video! Thankyou for showing the anatomy of this Federal! Not everyday the innards of sirens are shown in plain sight! Just wondering this a 16 port siren?
