Found this old full length Japanese film about an air raid on youtube. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ipPKW0Wq6PI Has a close up of a siren with audio (siren shown is a Hankoku turbo siren) at 50:43, and more audio at 1:07:50, with a lower tone siren as well as a siren that sounds like the earlier one. The sounds don't necessarily go with the picture, but given the era of the film, there is a good chance that one of sirens heard is a turbo siren. Seems like they were fairly common in Japan in the WWII era. Haven't been able to track down any other videos of Japanese turbo sirens, aside from a close up video of one on youtube that was deleted years ago.

That one is actually just a regular motor siren, not supercharged. The supercharged "turbosirens" are like the one Sheppardpat posted a picture of above, look very similar but have a smaller chopper assembly, and a large duct running from a blower assembly on the bottom of the siren into the chopper intake on top.
