Here's a look at what I currently have in my possession, as far as outdoor warning devices go.

Sterling Y-10

Federal Model 5B ("C 3-1/2")
(Bought from Table Grove, IL)

Loudoun Communications ES2000 ("Master Blaster")
(Acquired from Macon, GA)

I also have one other Thunderbolt head that is in the middle of the restoration process, but I'll have to see about grabbing some better pictures of it since the ones I have aren't the best (too low of lighting). I also have all kinds of parts and pieces to other sirens, which I may try and snap a few pics of some of that stuff too.

Ok, I gotta ask, why are there 2 ARs for the Model 2?

Thank you! you know how i got that?? a buddy of mine is in the scrap business and was at one of his buddies scrap yards when he saw a guy throw it out the back of his truck into a pile of scrap he ran over there and grabbed it really quick got it for 11 bucks! It was in really bad shape paint wise someone has white spray paint all over it some major dents in the front grill from the toss from the truck. But i stripped it all and painted it red and polished the brass up.

EDIT: And that Federal WLR was in fantastic shape for sitting outside on top a truck in a field for about 20 years! only thing that saved it was a piece of tarp stuck around the siren... the whole truck had a tarp over it but over the years it rotted and fell off except for a tiny piece stuck on the siren.

Ian's just a goof like that. He also has a SiraTrol for the SiraTrol that's for one AR timer for the other AR timer, if that helps confuse you any further.

Heh, yeah and that's not even including the other smaller sirens I have. I have two ancient Model A-120s that both have their own problems, and a 12V Ademco vehicle alarm siren (basically just a 12V Model A in a funny housing) that still works well. That Master Blaster is kind of annoying, it's just far too high pitched to do any real good. It's having some controller/tone gen issues right now that I haven't had time to work out.

I was waiting for someone to ask that! I just propped the Thunderbolt's AR timer up on top of the one for the Model 2 for a photo-op. For a while I had it wired for power in series with the other AR, just to play with, but then I finally got around to fabricating a mount for it to fit in an old ACA three phase motor starter box, and mounted it on the Thunderbolt's pallet.

Yeah, it has a little 12V Model A clone inside of a small cast aluminum dome-style housing. Looks a lot like some of those German sirens you see on the web.

Here's some photos of it:
