Another siren you can add is the WS-2000R under the Whelen category. The only one I can think of still installed would be the one in Ida Township, Michigan.

Those really aren't that rare. St Louis had at least 100 of those little suckers installed around the county. They're gone now, but you get the point.
Just because you're offended, doesn't mean you're right.

The Whelen WS-1000 is pretty rare.

Can you please identify some?
You mean individual models? Well, both companies just sold Federal Signal Model 'X's with different housings (not sure if there are any other differences), though Darley did make a few others.

Here's a list.
Darley:
Model 2
Model 3
Model 5 (or 7, I suppose...)
STH-10 (I think it was just a Model 5 with horns, but I could be wrong)
3V8
Champion (horizontal and vertical)

GCS:
Model 2
Model 3
Model 5

I have a few Darley pictures.

Model 5:

Hope that helps.

There is also the Fedral Electric (Federal Signal) Type B both single and dual head. Is the C 3 1/2 is the same as the Type B?

Nope. I have both...not even slightly similar. B is horizontal and much older, 3hp, with a very strange housing. The C3 1/2 is vertical, 7 1/2hp, and the same housing as a model 5/7.

Thanks, I remember seeing those now, I completely forgot.

Also I guess you could count the earlier Thunderbolts known as the "Jail-Bar" Thunderbolts and the rounded ones (rounded blower and rotator box).
