In Franklin County, there is a 4004 off of Smoky Row road next to the water towers on the northbelt of I-270. There’s also another 4004 somewhere around the 270/71 and 270/62 junctions area on the south side. Lastly, there’s a 3016 visible in the distance in Hilliard from 270. Its near the train-cargo-mover-thing on the west side.

I -270 east bound where. 270 is a loop. It goes east and west on the north and south sides of Franklin County so a bit more of a location description would be helpful.

There is a Model 5 in Cookeville, TN located off of the I-40 286 westbound exit. Sorry that I couldn't get the interstate in the shot.
