There'a a document in the National Archives that I was finally able to see and take photos of every page. Here it is for your viewing pleasure =)

Going off cities with sirens system that I know, these seem to be how they generally line up. Of course there are many manufacturers.

Nice find!!!
I think that 616 could possibly be a HOR, as North Canton, OH has an old HOR siren on a factory.
As for 625, I tried looking in New Bern, NC which supposedly had 10, and the sirens there were mostly Model 5s and STH-10s, so I'm not sure what 625 would be.

Yes, nice find.
Now, San Jose at that time had only Models 5's, Decots, & some Hedberg 7.5 HP, like the ones in my avatar. I think 15 Model 5's at the time would make sense.

On the last page of the California entries, it lists "Federal Tritone" as being a category 625.
Wonder what that is. The only siren I know that plays a musical interval of a Tri-Tone is the HOR...

From what I can tell, Kansas City had 3 chryslers and 9 thunderbolts. Independence had 3 thunderbolts and north Kansas City had 2 SD-10s. That is pretty cool that I know that now! I do know that the siren in my avatar is an original independence thunderbolt because it is on a really old bank and it has a jailbar grille. Thanks for the info!

615 must also include STH/L-10s. St. Louis, MO has 127 615s, all 127 of those were STL-10s.

If 616 is an HOR, has anyone seen any around Palatine, IL? It says that one "616" was installed there.

I wonder if 613 could also be STH/L 10's? Lyons Illinois has an STH-10 that looks pretty old and Westchester IL has an old abandoned STL-10 on a pole behind the fire house. Evergreen Park also had tbolts, but they may not have been put in until later. La Grange did in fact have 2 tbolts, they were removed in 2006. Oak Lawn is not listed on this at that time and I'm not sure if we every had a working system before the 2001's were put in. There was an STL 10 on an old firehouse and a model 5 on another old firehouse, both buildings have been long since demolished. Columbus Manor, which has a 2T22 or SD-10 listed was an unincorporated area that Oak Lawn annexed in the late 60's.
