Andrew Iowa has two Thunderbolt 1000s just a few blocks from each other, and I think a screamer on the water tower.

Maquoketa has a couple of 2001s and a Model 5 on the hospital roof,

Preston Iowa, the last time I was there had an unknown type of siren downtown as well as a sentry and some model 2s,

Miles Iowa, an STL 10 on the fire hall and at least two small sentrys, one at city park and the other on the East end of town by the school.

Other small communities had sentrys or screamers...as well as T-128s

Adel has four omnidirectional Whelen sirens.

- WPS 2906 at Adel Elementary School

- WPS 2906 at the Water Treatment Facility

- WPS 2906 at 1317 Nile Kinnick Dr South

- WPS 2907 on Van Fossen Lane.

----------TEST TIME-----------

Dallas county tests their sirens every first Saturday of the month at noon on all 12 months of the year.
- Just a random siren enthusiast from Central Iowa

- Lives right near a Whelen WPS-2805

- Owns a small Ademco motor siren and a 3d printed siren that is under construction, but nothing big.

I’m not from Iowa (I’m from Wisconsin), but I know that in Woodward, IA, they have a 2/3T22. It’s notably in a video of the Woodward EF2 tornado.

I have a thing for objects that light up or make noise.
